We want to make sure your order gets to you as smoothly as possible! Please read this Shipping Policy carefully, as it explains how we process, ship, and handle any potential shipping issues.

  • Customs & Duties: Leyoma is happy to cover all customs fee's, import duties, or import taxes!
  • Lost or Stolen Packages: Once marked as delivered, we are not liable for lost or stolen packages. However, we’ll help you contact the carrier if needed.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. You’ll receive an email notification once your order has been shipped, along with tracking details.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We currently ship internationally to select countries at the discretion of Leyoma Products Inc.

  • Standard Domestic & International Shipping: Usually arrives within 4–10 business days.
  • Remote or Rural Areas: May take up to 21 business days.
  • Expedited Shipping: When offered, rates and delivery times will vary based on package size, weight, and destination.

Delivery times are estimates provided by carriers and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather, customs processing, or carrier delays.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for the tracking link to update after the package is scanned by the carrier.

Lost, Stolen, or Undeliverable Packages

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for:

  • Packages that cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address.
  • Packages marked as delivered but subsequently lost or stolen.
  • Carrier delays, including customs holds.

If your package is lost or delayed, we’ll do our best to help you contact the carrier and resolve the issue. If the carrier determines the fault was on their end, we may assist in arranging a replacement or refund.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are determined at checkout based on the discretion of Leyoma, and are based on such factors as: destination, weight, and size of your order. Expedited shipping, when available, will be shown at checkout with applicable rates.
