Almost always, no. Tracking can take 24–48 hours to first go live, and it’s normal for it to sit quietly for a day or two between scans while your order is in transit. As long as it’s moving, it’s on track.
We pack and ship within 1–3 business days, and most orders arrive within 4–10 business days after that. Remote areas or busy periods can take a little longer.
Sometimes items ship separately so nothing is held up waiting on the rest. If you have more than one tracking number, each parcel travels on its own — one moving while another is still pending just means it’s a step behind.
Give it 24 hours — carriers occasionally scan “delivered” a little early. Check with neighbours and around your entrance. If it still hasn’t turned up, reach us at support@leyoma.com and we’ll sort it out.
