Our Full Return Policy
At Leyoma Products Inc., we want you to be confident in your purchase. We offer a 30‑day return window—you have exactly 30 days (720 hours) from the time the courier confirms delivery to request a return.
If a return is requested within that period, you’ll have an additional 30 days (720 hours) to send the item back or provide valid tracking showing it’s on the way.
Unfortunately, if a return is not requested within the first 30 days (720 hours), or if the item is not shipped/proven shipped within 30 days (720 hours) after we issue return instructions, the item becomes final sale and ineligible for return.
Return Eligibility
- The item must be in original condition, unused, with tags attached and in original packaging.
- You must contact us first at support@leyoma.com to obtain the correct return address and instructions.
- Unless otherwise stated, returns are sent to our PO Box in Ottawa, Canada.
How Returns Work
- Email us at support@leyoma.com to request a return.
- We’ll reply with return instructions and the proper return address.
- Once we receive and inspect the return, we’ll notify you if it’s approved.
If approved, we’ll either:
- Issue a refund to your original payment method (within 10 business days), OR
- Send out an exchange if requested (note: exchanged items are final sale).
Return Shipping
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, including any Canadian import/customs fees.
If any import fees are charged to us, the package will be refused and returned to sender.
Non-Refundable Items
- Shipping Protection
- Standard International or Domestic Shipping fees
- FedEx International Priority Shipping fees
- Any exchanged items shipped to you (exchanges are final sale)
Damages or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us immediately with photos. We’ll evaluate the issue and work with you to find a solution.
Delivery Issues
Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order. Leyoma is not liable for undeliverable packages caused by:
- Incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer
- Unsafe or inaccessible delivery locations
- Lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered
If a package is undeliverable for these reasons, the customer is responsible for contacting the courier to arrange redelivery. We’ll gladly provide courier contact details to help you resolve it.
In rare cases where the courier is at fault, we may assist in recovering the package or arranging a replacement.
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the return.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your approved refund and you haven’t received it, please contact support@leyoma.com.
